Deep Tissue Massage: Utilizing deeper pressure techniques and trigger point therapy focused on primary areas of concern.

Pregnancy Massage: This is a must for the expecting mothers at any trimester. A safe and gentle massage experience. The benefits include tension release, decreased soreness, increased circulation, and reduced swelling.

Sports Massage: This is for the athletes or active people. Employs passive stretching, elongation of the muscles, increases flexibility, and improves overall performance.

Cupping: An old technique that has hit the States since the Olympics. This noninvasive style removes old trauma from the muscles.

Medi-Cupping: Helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and overall well-being.

Synergy Stones: This is the ultimate in deep muscle work with heated stones. As the weighted stones glide over the muscles, the body reacts by releasing stress and tension so the therapist can work deeper without discomfort.
